Academy Challenges

Our 2026 All in song, featuring piano, guitar and drums. Students had the choice of 3 parts for their instrument at different levels of difficulty. Once they learned their part and submitted a video, we put it all together to create this all in compilation.

The Academy learned a song composed by Zac Pugh called reach the Summit. This is a graded song used in the SCSM International  Guitar Syllabus, with a few tweaks to give the students more playing options. Well done everyone!

Here is the same challenge as the younger players, with the 'grown up's' doing their thing while the drummer plays a crazy drum fill. So funny!

This was our first-ever Academy Challenge. The first one is often the hardest because no-one has done it before. We think this came off great for a first go! 

Now we're starting to have some fun! Christmas carols can often be overplayed... speaking of which - check out what happens at the end, when the drummer won't stop playing!
